Payment
Once you have your chosen goods in the shopping cart and have also registered, our system will show you a summery of your order and payment options where you can select the method you prefer from the following:
- Credit card
- Bank Transfer (If you decide for this type, the payment must be made only in Euro currency!!!) For the shipping we attend your transfer is visible on ours Home Banking!
The payment with credit card is extremely safe. The details you will be required to insert will be adequately protected using the best of secure on-line systems.
Your credit card details will only be administered by PayPal leader in on-line transactions. The information will be crypted with the use of encryption systems, which deny use of any third parties and will send details directly to the bank. With this system not even we can see or have access to your details.
After you have correctly typed in all required information, PayPal will send you an e-mail with a copy of your transaction and we will receive the authorisation to send the ordered items.
Delivery times will vary depending on the destination and the moment in which the order was confirmed. The availability of each single item is noted on the product data / information sheet. Once you have received the goods, please check the following:
- That the package is completely sealed;
- Any complaints or objections must immediately be brought to the attention of the courier otherwise, the package will be considered correctly delivered and accepted.

| How we deliver |
- Mondays to Fridays from 09.00 to 18.00.
- The system will automatically send you an email to notify you that the order has been shipped.
- In case of absence (customer not at home), the courier will leave a card notifying you of his passage and with instructions for another delivery within the next 72 hours. Once this time has also passed, the goods will automatically be returned to our warehouse.
